Just click on register with a valid email address of your Ms-Outlook, Netscape Client, Yahoo, etc. Wireless devices are also supposed as explained below. What type of wireless devices can I receive alerts on? Mobile (Cellular) phones, Blackberry, etc. In short it works on any device that can receive emails. A short list is provided under Domain names for mobile devices. You can check with your service provider to find out if your device can support incoming emails. Why so many emails during registration and request for removal? During registration and unsubscribe requests, we send you an email for confirmation. This is because, one, we want to make sure that you can receive emails from us; and two, that you are a legit user requesting one of the above actions. If we do not receive confirmation from you within 48 hours you will have to resubmit your request. How do I reply to registration and unsubscribe confirmation? Click on the Confirmation tab on the left side bar. Fill in the 5 digit code that you would have received in the email for confirmation, and click the submit button. Please make sure that you enter the code correctly as you will only receive acknowledgement from us if the right code was entered. If for any reason you do not get acknowledgement you may try to submit the code again or Contact Us. Why do I receive my alerts late? We generate and send out messages about 5 minutes before Namaaz time in your area. This service is solely dependent on the internet and the speed at which various service providers operate. We have experienced members receiving alerts within seconds or few minutes. If the delays occur often then please let us know so that we can investigate; we also suggest you to check with your email service provider.
